Find Your Parrot Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Find Your Parrot website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Find Your Parrot. By registering, you represent that all information you submit is accurate and complete.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Listings & Content

• You must own or have lawful authority to list the parrots offered.
• All descriptions must be accurate, including health status, age, and temperament.
• We reserve the right to remove or refuse any listing that violates welfare standards or applicable law.

4. Payments

Paid plans and listing upgrades are billed at the start of the term and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting animals, documents, or transactions.
• Contacting users for off-platform transactions intended to bypass fees.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.

6. Limitation of Liability

Find Your Parrot is a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for buyer/seller performance. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will notify you and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
